An opportunity for older adults to enjoy active living and a healthy lifestyle through many social, educational, and recreational programs and activities

  • Zumba Gold - a great fun, dance workout
  • Exercise with Sandy - senior exercises that include cardio, balance and flexibility
  • Exercise/Lunch/Games - gentle exercises can be performed on a chair or standing
