Coffee talk provides a welcoming space to meet new people, have fun, friendly conversations and stay connected. Grab a morning coffee or tea and join us for some fun activities and conversations about cooking, baking, photography and more
Seniors in Action: Fri 11am-12noon
Online presentations about interesting health topics like mental health, nutrition, foot care, and more. Participants also enjoy 30 minutes of gentle yoga and exercise
