Chair Exercise Group Fitness Drop-In - cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, that uses a chair for additional support. This low-key workout is ideal for the beginner or those with mobility issues. Beginner fitness level
Stretch and Strengthen Group Fitness Drop-In - participants will learn how to strengthen muscles safely and effectively with a variety of strength training equipment. Improves flexibility and strength. Beginner fitness level. Will consist of chair and standing exercises, and no work on the floor
Yoga Chair Group Fitness Drop-In - using a chair for seated and standing poses, chair yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax in a comfortable way. Beginner fitness level
