Community-based program that assists older adults in living at home, retirement residences, or dealing with medical issues that may arise

Services include:

• assessment and treatment of memory problems in adults age 65 and older
• assessment and treatment of complicated medical conditions in adults age 75 and older
• program development to assist adults age 75 and older, with complicated medical conditions to prepare for major surgery

* clients of the clinic must be accompanied by a family member or companion who is familiar with personal and medical concerns
