Community-based assistance for people with depression, anxiety and trauma-related symptoms * delivered in a wide range of settings including virtual, primary care, community mental health and family service agencies

Services include:
  • cognitive behavioural therapy and related services 
  • guided self help resources
  • psychotherapy
  • Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT)
