The Osteoporosis clinic aims to manage osteoporosis and nutrition to:
Conditions treated:
Patient exclusions: Renal bone disease, Patients with active Cancer, Patients under 65, Patients with rare metabolic or genetic bone disorders
- decrease the future risk of fractures
- improve quality of life
- improve safety for the individual and caregiver
Conditions treated:
- patients with suspected or confirmed low bone-density/osteoporosis
- increased fracture risk or family history of osteoporosis
Patient exclusions: Renal bone disease, Patients with active Cancer, Patients under 65, Patients with rare metabolic or genetic bone disorders
