Description of Services:
Provides intensive one-on-one support to black youth and their families to address their needs. Offers a range of services including short-term counselling and support services. Liaises with Youth Outreach Worker to identify youth who may require additional, more intensive services and refer them to appropriate services in the community

  • deliver one-on-one intensive support to Black youth and their families
  • address underlying needs through counseling and connection to resources
  • enhance youth’s ability to manage challenges and transition through the Stages of Change model

Culturally relevant, strength based interventions that serve as a critical resource in bridging gaps in support for Black youth, empowering them to overcome systemic barriers and thrive within their communities
