Description of Services:
Program is customized based on identified living needs * dependent on the living situation, support from staff can vary from a minimal basis for those living independently or it can be part of a scope of a paired program that involves more support from the home

Family Home Program - support and living with a family

Group home - staff support on a 24 hour basis
