Program: Homestead Addiction Services - Toronto

Organization: The Salvation Army - Toronto Harbour Light Ministries
Description of Services: An individualized, 6-10 week residential program and day program, for women or individuals who identify as women, with concurrent disorders. Program offers individual and group counselling, relapse prevention, life skills classes, as well as social and leisure activities, physical fitness, nutrition, nicotine replacement therapy, opiate replacement therapy, and a spiritual care component. Pre-treatment support, continuous care, family support groups, anger management and structured relapse prevention are offered.

Application: Referrals accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Ontario health card required. Please contact the intake worker by phone to complete an Initial Screener Assessment.
