Description of Services: Outpatient assessment, treatment and counselling for children, youth and their families presenting with a variety of social, emotional, behaviour and family problems such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family life cycle changes such as illness, death and divorce. Psychiatric assessments, medication consultations and monitoring are also offered.

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Families Only ; Youth Only ; Children Only
Application: Referrals are accepted for children ages zero to 18. Physician referral for patients living in a defined catchment (407/Hwy 7, Victoria Park, Lawrence, Dufferin), or from any physician on staff at North York General Hospital. Referrals are accepted up to the client's 19th birthday.
