Description of Services: | A recovery-oriented program organized to help individuals improve mental health and overall wellness. Services offered: Community Connections Hub (Drop-In ) - Staff and volunteer-led drop-in programs give members an opportunity to informally connect with others in a safe and supportive environment. Social and recreational activities are offered . CMHA College of Health & Well-Being - is a "Recovery College" campus that promotes recovery, well-being, and knowledge. Free courses addressing topics related to mental health, physical health, building your best life, finding your voice, increasing skills and connecting to community, are offered. All courses are informative and interactive. They are developed and delivered in partnership with peer supporters who are experts by experience: they have their own story of a mental health or substance use concern, or are supporting a loved one. | ||
