Description of Services: Day Treatment Program provides intensive mental health treatment through group programming and individual sessions with a care coordinator. Clients learn about their illness and coping strategies while participating in the treatment modalities. Services are provided through an interdisciplinary team, including social workers, addictions workers, occupational therapists, and input from inpatient social work, pharmacist and dietician, etc. as needed.

Application: Patients may join the program as an inpatient; their care plan being reviewed at triage rounds with the team, or as an outpatient referred by one of the psychiatrists on the hospital medical staff.
