Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Adults over the age of 65 with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of depression, bipolar mood disorder, mood disorders associated with neurological conditions, mood disorders associated with bereavement, or anxiety. Patients are unable to attend onsite appointments at Baycrest or require regular case management | ||
