Description of Services: Provide three main services:
  • Housing Help Centre - an access point for applications to Toronto Community Housing, Supportive Housing and other applications * housing workers assist with housing searches, advocacy and referrals to other services
  • Rent bank - provides access to interest-free loans to pay arrears in rent, mediation and counseling
  • Streets to Home follow up services - case management services for people who have been housed by Street to Homes outreach team
