Description of Services:
Supports individuals who are experiencing symptoms of a serious mental health issue and wish to change the way they are managing their lives

Short-term therapeutic interventions include:
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical and Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Attachment theory
  • Groups (various)
  • 12 week Mood Management Group and a 16 week Emotion Regulation Group for individuals in service
