Description of Services:

Club membership open to adults 55+. Weekly activities for seniors. Planned bus trips

Weekly activities include

Art -Fri 9:30 am
4 Hand Bid Euchre-Tue 7 pm
Shuffleboard-Tue and Fri - at 1 pm
6 Hand Bid Euchre Wed 1 pm
Chair Yoga - a gentle practice aimed at helping stretch and develop more strength in muscles, tendons and ligaments - Mon 10am - $5 payable to instructor

Meetings:

Executive Meeting Last Mon of each month at 8:45am
