Adults 55 years and older who are isolated from community activities due to functional limitations

Fees

$18 per day for in-person program and $8 per session for virtual program * additional fees for transportation, outings, and special events

Description of Services:

Group meals and social activities for older adults over the age of 55 who are isolated from community activities because of functional limitations * congregate dining is designed to bring isolated seniors together for nutritious meals and social, educational and recreational activities

transportation service available for eligible clients living within the service boundaries (additional fee)
