Description of Services: Care for families and caregivers services include:
  • respite care offered by home hospice volunteers for up to 4 hours * in-person wellness day program (offered every Tue) * short overnight respite stays may be available
  • spiritual care * supportive counselling * connections to local faith communities
  • support for grief while caregiving
  • wellness services: yoga practice, meditation groups, creative and mindful art expression, gentle aroma touch, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch
