Description of Services: |
The Senior Support Program offers friendly calls by trained
and compassionate volunteers to support socializing and alleviate sense of
loneliness as well as provide connection to information and services as needed * If individuals need more support a social worker is available for brief
counseling. Services include: A friendly weekly telephone call (available in several languages) A weekly email message from an ePal Access to a social worker for information, referral or brief counseling upon request |
