Description of Services: | The Day Program helps individuals who are struggling with substance use, by reducing overall harm and improving quality of life through education, self-awareness and counselling. This program also provides treatment for individuals who have co-existing mental health concerns. This treatment program generally runs ½ days. This program offers in-person care in accordance with COVID related restrictions. This program helps the individual to understand the effects of substance use on their life and relationship and works with the individual to develop the coping skills needed to reach identified goals. | ||

Application: | Referral form is found on the website. Individuals unable to access the online form may call intake and request to speak with an addictions intake nurse. Standardized assessments are provided in-house for individuals being referred to external substance use treatment. | ||
