Description of Services:
Home care for seniors to provide them with the opportunity of continuing to live in their homes * offers hourly and live-in care with Personal Support Worker (PSW), Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) support * services include:
- friendly visits and companionship
- meal preparation
- light housekeeping
- Alzheimer's and dementia support
- outings and community experiences
- accompaniment to and from appointments, grocery shopping and errands
- special needs care
- palliative care
- personal care assistance - bathing, dressing and toileting
- medication management
- transitional care
- prenatal and post-natal care
