Description of Services:
Registered educational and fitness activities for participants over 55 years of age * drop-in social and recreation activities for members * includes books clubs, card and table games, seasonal lunches, community health workshops, yoga, line dancing, group fitness, music lessons, art workshops and educational workshops
Meetings:
Monthly town hall meetings open to all members take place the second Wednesday of each month
