Description of Services: | A physician-led group program that focuses on reducing the symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression * provides instruction for gentle hatha yoga, cognitive strategies, different meditations, group discussions * 8-week program, 3 and a half hours a week on Friday afternoons | ||

Fees: | Most services covered by OHIP * one-time registration fee of $120 is charged to cover the cost of materials and uninsured medical services | ||
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Ideal for people with chronic medical illness, such as diabetes, cancer, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, heart disease, and other chronic medical physical conditions | ||
