Description of Services: Provides a safe home and enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in a unique sensory and natural environment.

Community Participation Supports: Expressive Arts Program, wood working shop, pool based fitness and therapy, greenhouse and farming opportunities.

Supported Living Program: 13 homes that provide 24hr support, manage day-to-day routines in their homes, provides recreational activities, community involvement, educational classes, and a Special Olympics

Fees: Most program fees covered by Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 + that have a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and emotional/behavioral problems
Application: Contact Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) to apply * Applicant's medical and psychological history and condition will be assessed for eligibility
