Description of Services: Participants design a schedule of activities whereby their quality of life is the focus, and are supported in creating and following through on plans to realize their desires and aspirations

Day Programs are divided into four units of service: Centre-Based Activities, Community Integration, Recreation Leisure and Work Experience * participants can choose activities from all four units * counselling services available

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals must have a primary diagnosis of a developmental disability
Application: Once an intake interview has taken place, information and documentation is reviewed to ensure the client has the appropriate amount of support assigned
