Description of Services:
Registered adult day program coordinated by our social worker and facilitated by trained volunteers * participants, who are dealing with life limiting illnesses or undergoing cancer treatments, will receive support through a team that offers socialization and activities that illness can often restrict * refreshments and lunch are provided
