- membership cards can be purchased or renewed online (Town of Oakville account required), at Seniors Centres, community centres, at Town Hall or by calling 905-815-2000
- register online, by phone, mail or drop-off at Town Hall or any community centre
Eligibility / Target Population
A Seniors Services membership card is required to register for Seniors Services programs or to participate in any registered or drop-in programs
