3-storey, 112 suite retirement residence * resident capacity of 129 * independent living * assisted living option available for those needing extra care (personal daily living, medication management, daily housekeeping and laundry) * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits * personal emergency response system * accepting pets * wireless internet access on the main floor * bus transportation for scheduled excursions
