Description of Services:
Long-term residential program (Assisted Living Program) provides specialized, 24/7 support for adults living with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who have complex needs, including significant behavioral, cognitive, and physical challenges * focus on functional life skills development, behaviour support or community integration * all residential placements are based on assessed need and focus on yearly goals for the individual and their families * supports provided in five residential environments in Oakville, Mississauga and Brampton * this program focuses on fostering autonomy while encouraging community engagement and personal development * clients are supported through personalized care plans, periodic staff check-ins, and access to resources that enhance their quality of life
