Description of Services:

A province-wide helpline offering immediate support, information, and referrals for men experiencing challenges related to relationships, mental health, stress, or crisis * service offered in collaboration with 211 Ontario

confidential support for men facing personal and social challenges
short-term counselling and emotional support
assistance with mental health, family conflict, and isolation
safety planning and crisis support when needed
navigation to housing, legal, financial, and community services
culturally responsive, client-centred approach
focus on stabilization, coping, and connection to long-term supports
