Description of Services:
This program offers a medically-supervised withdrawal unit, specialized for clients with poly-substance use disorder or underlying medical conditions with a history of complicated withdrawal that warrant medical supervision. Withdrawal from various psychoactive substances and rotation to safer forms of opioids is provided, including to patients with complex pain disorders. Assessment and treatment for underlying psychiatric disorders can also be provided. Clients have access to a range of individual and group activities and supports to enhance skills and motivation in early recovery.
