Description of Services:
Supports and assisted living services for older adults * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible

Services available:

Assisted Living Services - In-home support for the activities of daily living which includes: personal care and hygiene, medication monitoring, meal preparation as well as light housekeeping

Low Acuity Services - In-home support for only one to hours per week, focus on personal care and hygiene

Homemaking Services - In-home support, a focus on basic housekeeping
