Description of Services:
Community-based program focuses on services for urban Indigenous at-risk youth with the support, tools and healthy activities that will build upon and foster their inherent ability to make healthy lifestyle choices

Program components include:
  • general social support
  • youth-in-care
  • healthy eating and physical development
  • education
  • justice intervention
  • violence prevention
