Description of Services:
Individual counselling and/or group programs to, virtual services are also available:

  • understand the behaviours associated with substance use and problem gambling
  • learn strategies to manage cravings and triggers and more
  • develop skills to cope with stress and mental health symptoms

Core Group Programs

  • Recovery fundamentals - a nine-week open-admission group focused on understanding the foundations of addiction
  • Structured relapse prevention - a nine-week open-admission group that builds on foundational knowledge and introduces practical skills for managing recovery
  • Intensive day addiction treatment - a four-week intensive daytime program that covers all core topics related to addiction, providing a comprehensive approach to recovery
  • Family and friends' group - family and friends who have loved ones with concerns of substance use and gambling are encouraged to seek their own support. Both peer support and educational groups, along with individual counselling are offered

Specialized Groups: Wellness skills for concurrent disorders, Trauma skills for addictions, Mindfulness-based relapse prevention

Workshops (ongoing and rotating): Auricular acupuncture, Residential treatment support, Youth addiction counselling, Addiction medicine, Psychiatry

All programs are client-centered, allowing participants to choose their goals and move at their own pace
