A non profit weight loss support organization

Weekly, private weigh-ins followed by a meeting

Discussions include:
  • nutritional information
  • encouragement on portion control
  • a healthy lifestyle, to include exercise, and peer support

Chapters are run by volunteer executives and meet weekly at the same location at Heritage Room

Meetings vary every week and may contain nutritional information, suggestions on changing habits, facing challenges, shopping tips and much more.  Meetings follow weigh-ins and usually run from 30 - 45 minutes
