Description of Services:
TOPS is a non profit weight loss support organizations.

Weekly, private weigh-ins followed by a meeting.

Discussions include:
  • nutritional information
  • encourages portion control
  • a healthy lifestyle, to include exercise, and peer support.

Max Scale Weight: 500

Chapters are run by volunteer executives and meet weekly at the same location. Visit any location one week free before joining.

Meetings:
Meetings vary every week and may contain nutritional information, suggestions on changing habits, facing challenges, shopping tips and much more.  Meetings follow weigh-ins and usually run from 30 - 45 minutes.
