once registered, passengers may book a ride via telephone with the care-A-van office, via automated phone, web, or app
registration can be on a temporary or permanent basis
Children, youth, adults and seniors ride free with a valid PRESTO card

Any resident who has completed an application for the service and met the eligibility requirements (information provided in the application form will be used to determine eligibility)

None - As of May 1, 2025 care-A-van service will be free for all registered adult users with a PRESTO card
