Seniors - completed application form must include a photocopied proof of age - birth certificate, health card, passport (may be expired)

Persons with disabilities - completed application form must be reviewed and signed by a medical practitioner

Passengers with scooter mobility devices are not permitted to sit on a scooter while in transit * call ahead with information on scooter size

Description of Services:

Provides local public accessible transportation solutions for both persons with a disability and/or seniors age 65 or older

eligible users must register for service prior to use
door to door service within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Halton Hills
trips may be booked for any purpose and as early as 7 days in advance
bookings must be completed 24 hours prior to travel to ensure a scheduled pickup time
support person or caregiver may accompany free of charge
low income users may be eligible for subsidies through Halton Region SPLIT program
