Description of Services:

A community-based organization of volunteers in the Town of Halton Hills providing practical support and hope to cancer patients and their families * volunteer opportunities available

Services include:

Transportation for cancer patients to and from treatment centres
Lending of equipment and supplies (assessed individually) such as hospital beds, walkers, canes, wigs, transportation chairs
Palliative care and respite care assistance (may provide support on an assessed basis)
Health and Wellness (helping clients regain good health as they deal with the side effects of treatment and can provide comfort and relaxation to both body and soul)
Partnered with Wellspring to provide emotional support services (online programs)
